Meeting 10 Jan 2024

Hi everyone.

Yesterday´s meeting was most interesting, enlightening and useful for us all.  The subject was Self Defence and the speaker Paddy Brennan, MBE:  Paddy told us about his life and his work, instructions on how to look after ourselves, and even gave demonstrations on what to do if attacked.  Obviously we hope none of us ever has the need to try out what we were taught.

Paddy also told us about a local company for alarm systems available for our homes and for on our person.   A lady from the company contacted me this morning and will be sending details for me to share with you.

Also yesterday afternoon, there was an open discussion on whether we need protection spiritually.   Another interesting subject - with varying views and ideas..

Hi everyone

Helen gave us a great meeting yesterday, with lots of readings followed by a talk on mediumship.  All very interesting. Thank you Helen for taking time out of your holiday to visit the group.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported the group during the year and all those who have helped in the many ways needed to keep the group going so successfully.   Thank you all.  And a speciall thank you to Carl who runs the Facebook and Website for the group.
