Mid- summer - the half year has flown past, time is going too quickly.
We had a very interesting and enjoyable meeting on Wednesday. Em Ryan was our speaker, she came along to give us a seated group sound bath, with all sorts of things instruments to make various sounds which were played while we were in a long meditation- .
